Coaching for Champions!
Systemick Consultancy Limited is a business development-consulting firm with extensive experience in designing, implementing and managing a wide array of economic development projects across Kenya.
With unique in-house expertise in value chain analysis and strategy development, we contribute essential strengths in training and development.
Our expertise and hands-on experience with capacity building programs in a variety of agricultural value chains allows us to reconnect with the Board of Directors and personnel in familiar scenarios.
We've worked with businesses in all sectors: from service industries, to processing and ICT, to green business initiatives. And we've been working with farmers for years—growing coffee, mangoes, tea, dairy products, flowers, vegetables, moringa trees and macadamia nuts.
Over the years, we have built a strong network of key development practitioners in the areas where we work, including contacts at the government and county levels.
